They had a great choice of blinds and fabrics to choose from. With so much to choose from, I couldn't make up my mind, Dawood was very patient, professional and polite. He worked around me and came several times. In the end I choose the day/night blinds. I am very pleased with my blinds, they look stunning in my lounge, very good quality, the fit and finish is superb, they look and hang lovely. The fitting looks very sophisticated. Very good service indeed from start to finish, cannot be more helpful. The service was second to none, absolutely brilliant customer service. Unfortunately I had a small issue I noticed the material was not laying flat and I also accidentally damaged the blinds trying to open them the incorrect way, Dawood was very helpful and responded immediately, he ordered me a new replacement, no quibble, no drama, just excellent customer service.
